Dining and living room space with a TV and a sofa that can be transformed in to an extra bed should the need arise.
A terrace to the entrance of the property and a balcony to the front and to the side, equipped with table, chairs, sun beds and a parasol, along side a chilled bottle of wine can make soaking the sunshine a delightful experience.
The nearest beach is just 100 m from Stamos studio making it ideal for holidays by the sea. It is also close to Harami beach, the bus stop and the center of Lakka.
