Situated on the Northeast side of the island in the heart of Apergatika village, a perfect location as it is close to two of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Lakkos, just five minutes’ walk and Monodendri only seven minutes walk. The charming fishing village of Lakka is only five minutes drive and the village of Loggos with the picturesque harbor is eight minutes drive, both villages boast a variety of tavernas and shops. Great sea views, mountain views, pool views.
Villa Gem is a new stone house, with a mix of traditional and contemporary styles and amazing views to the open sea. The terrace looks out both to the East and West side of the island offering magnificent views of Corfu and the mountains of mainland Greece.
Indoors the main villa offers an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a bathroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms with their bathroom are located on the first floor with big balconies and amazing views.
There is also a separate studio with its’ own external access which features a kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom with extra king size bed and a shower room
Villa Gem can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom villa (including the studio) – it can also be rented along with the neighboring 3 bedroom Summer Breeze Villa, to provide the ideal setting for an extended family gathering , a group of friends or for a Yoga retreat on set dates.
