There are frequent ferries from Corfu, Parga and Italy to Paxos.

Loggos : is a tiny unspoilt fishing village that lies on the middle east coast of Paxos The village waterfront plays host to balconies cozy cafe bars fishing boats and Visiting yachts traditional tavernas and small tourist shops Secluded beaches and coves surrounded by olev and cypress trees can be found on either side of Loggos port. There are three mini-markets in Loggos selling a selection of provisions; they normally close for siesta between 2pm and 6pm. The mini markets offer a delivery service. There is also a bakery along the waterfront selling fresh bread, pastries and local sweets, this is usually open from 08.00-20.00, seven days a week but, as with all things Greek, the times of opening may alter! Loggos has a good range of Tavernas, cafes and bars located along the waterfront and also set back on the side streets. Apart from being a picture postcard village, Loggos is a working fishing port and as such has an authentic, rather than a commercial feel, a benefit of this environment is the wonderful fresh fish served at tavernas! Gaios : Along the harbour front and behind the square there are a number of small shops. There is a mixture of both clothing and souvenir shops.
There are mini-markets in Gaios selling a selection of provisions they normally close for siesta between 2pm and 6pm. Fresh bread is also available here, with a choice of two bakeries. Lakka : is the second largest of the three main villages on Paxos. is former fishing village which has become a popular holiday centre. With a stunning natural harbour famous for aquamarine water.Lakka has two main beaches; one a white pebbled beach called Kanoni and a sandy beach called Harami that is popular with young families. Favorite stopping point for sailing boats Lakka retains the intimate Paxiot charm of ots narrow streets and secluded squares. Horseshoe harbour with a sailboat crowd, teaming with good restaurants & bars,venture into the back streets for the undiscovered “locals” restaurants, supermarkets, money exchange & boat rental available. Sleepy & leafy inland village with 2 tavernas & a mini market, a wonderful discovery. Go for dinner one night.
Magazia Village
In the centre of Paxos main Gaios to Lakka road. Small unspoilt Kafenion “Bournaos”

DO NOT leave Paxos without at least a days boat hire. The best way to discover Paxos is by boat and it will be the best day of your holiday by far. Rent a 30hp boat and venture over to AntiPaxos to its 2 beautiful sandy beaches or just potter along the coast and stop in one of the waterside villages for lunch. Mongonnissi Bay (south of Gaios) is a great spot for lunch. Gentle sandy beach ideal for kids.
Why not arrange a dive whilst on Paxos with the PADI Dive center. Paxos enjoys year round 30 metre visibility with some stunning underwater scenery. Be adventerous and explore the dramatic caves on the west coast and even a recently discovered shipwreck!
