Andrikos studios are eight wonderful recently fully renovated studios only five minutes’ walk from Lakka village & amazing beaches with crystal water. Hidden in a little paradise garden with cozy corners to relax, including a large stylish designed swimming pool area and BBQ area, in a beautiful and quiet location providing everything guests need. Experience a high level of hospitality from the very friendly and pleasant host, Yannis Grammatikos which will start on the day of your arrival, continues throughout your entire stay, and ends with a warm goodbye. This hospitality will be given to all of you with a smile, care, and helpful advice. A, B, C, D are upper studios and E, F, G, H are lower studios.
Accommodations
For 2026, all Andrikos studios in the building will undergo a full luxury renovation. They will feature a sofa that can be converted into a bed,
and the single beds can also be combined to create a double bed.
Analytically:
Studios B, D, and E have single beds that can be converted into a double,
while all the other studios have a double bed.
Studios A, B, C, and D have a sofa that becomes a semi-double bed.
Studios E, F, G, and H have a sofa that becomes a single bed.
The Andrikos studios can accommodate up to 4 people.
Charming dining areas over-looking the pool area.
In the gardens, for the residents, there is a swimming pool and a great BBQ area with everything,
including the charcoal and fire lighters.

The final balance is due 42 days prior to arrival
