The villa enjoys an excellent location, close to two of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Lakkos Beach is just a five-minute walk away, while Monodendri Beach can be reached in approximately seven minutes on foot.

The charming fishing village of Lakka is only a five-minute drive away. Here, guests can discover traditional tavernas, local shops and a picturesque waterfront. The beautiful harbour village of Loggos is also nearby, just an eight-minute drive from the property.

One of the highlights of Villa Gem is its spectacular panoramic views. The spacious terraces overlook both the eastern and western sides of the island. Guests can admire the beautiful coastline, the island of Corfu and the mountains of mainland Greece.

Accommodation

Villa Gem offers flexible accommodation across three levels. The main house features two bedrooms, while an independent studio provides additional sleeping space and privacy.

The property can accommodate guests in either a two-bedroom or three-bedroom configuration, depending on whether the separate studio is included.

First Floor

The first floor features two comfortable bedrooms with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

The master bedroom offers a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.

It also opens onto a spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area and sunbeds. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent views.

The second bedroom features twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

A spacious family bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available on this floor.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a welcoming open-plan living and dining area.

The comfortable seating area provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the island.

The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently arranged next to the dining area. It also has a separate door leading to the rear of the house.

The living area opens directly onto the veranda, where guests can enjoy beautiful views while dining outdoors or relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset.

A separate bathroom is also located on this level.

Lower Ground Floor – Independent Studio

Villa Gem also features an independent studio with its own external entrance.

This provides additional privacy and makes the property particularly suitable for larger families or groups of friends.

The studio includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining and sitting area.

The bedroom features two single beds, which can also be converted into a double bed.

A private bathroom with a shower completes the studio.

Private Swimming Pool

Villa Gem features a private swimming pool measuring 9m x 5m.

The pool area offers a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. It also provides beautiful views of the surrounding scenery.
