Villa Levanda is located in Kagatika-Anemogiannatika 1.0km from the village of Loggos, which is located in the center of the island and is one of the most picturesque villages worth visiting. The house is located on the hill in an elevated location with a panoramic view of the sea, peace and quiet as all the shops are in Loggos.
Loggos creek consists of the historic ‘oil factory’ whose chimney is breathtaking. In front of it is the small beach of the village and around it are restaurants, cafe, bars, a supermarket, a bakery, boat rentals and a car-motorcycle rental office.
Accommodation
The villa is 202 sq.m. two-storey with private pool and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. WI-Fi is available free of charge in all areas. Around the house there is a large area of yard with flowers and trees, barbecue (wood oven) with dining table, additional dining room exiting the house, swimming pool (which includes a children’s pool) with sun beds and umbrellas
